What I offer
Therapy tailored to you
Every person's path is different. I offer a range of evidence-based services designed to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be.
Individual Therapy
Space to explore, heal, and grow
One-on-one therapy offers a confidential, unhurried space to work through whatever is weighing on you — whether that's anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, relationship patterns, or simply a sense that something isn't right. Together we'll identify what's getting in the way and build a path forward that feels authentic to you.
- 50-minute weekly or biweekly sessions
- In-person and telehealth options available
- Tailored to your goals and pace
Couples & Family Therapy
Strengthen the relationships that matter most
Relationships are complex — and even the strongest ones can hit rough patches. Whether you're navigating communication breakdowns, conflict, intimacy issues, or a major life change, couples and family therapy creates a structured space to be heard, understand each other more deeply, and rebuild connection.
- Gottman Method informed approach
- 75-minute sessions for couples
- Family sessions available for all configurations
Anxiety & Depression
Find relief from what's holding you back
Anxiety and depression are among the most common — and most treatable — mental health challenges. If you're caught in cycles of worry, low mood, exhaustion, or feeling disconnected from your own life, therapy can help you understand what's driving those patterns and develop real, lasting tools to feel better.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Mindfulness and somatic techniques
- Evidence-based, practical skill-building
Trauma
Heal what words alone can't reach
Trauma lives in the body as much as the mind — and traditional talk therapy isn't always enough to process it. Brainspotting is a highly researched, effective approach that helps the brain reprocess distressing memories so they lose their grip on your present-day life.
- Brainspotting Certified Therapist
- Effective for PTSD, complex trauma, and adverse childhood experiences
- Trauma-informed care throughout all sessions
How it works
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. Here's what to expect.
Free consultation
We start with a 15-minute phone call to talk about what's bringing you in and whether we seem like a good fit. No pressure, no commitment.
First session
Your first session is a chance for me to learn more about your history, goals, and what you're hoping to get from therapy. We'll begin building a plan together.
Ongoing work
We meet regularly — weekly or biweekly — and adjust our approach as you grow. Therapy is a collaboration, and your feedback always shapes the direction.
Fees & insurance
I am an out-of-network provider. Sessions are $150 for individuals and $175 for couples and families. I provide superbills for insurance reimbursement and offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots for those with financial need.
Please reach out to discuss fees — I want therapy to be accessible.
Not sure where to start?
That's completely okay. Reach out and we'll figure it out together. A free 15-minute consultation is always the first step.
